By accessing or using the Waggle website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Use of the service
Waggle provides pet identification tags and a digital profile platform. You may use the service to register tags, manage pet profiles, and enable finders to contact you when your pet is found. You must use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Account and data
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. Keep your account credentials secure. Data displayed when a tag is scanned is controlled by you and visible only to the person who scans the tag.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to submit false information. You may not attempt to access other users' data without authorization.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
